• Catering Services: Pre-ordered services subject to booking availability and specific catering terms.
• Specialty Coffee Bean Sales: Beans available for purchase, subject to stock.
• Custom Cake Orders: Require advance notice and deposit, subject to specific order agreements.

3. Online Orders & Payments

For any online orders (e.g., catering, custom cakes, coffee beans), full payment or a specified deposit is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon. All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All sales are final unless otherwise stated for specific products or services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cafe Purchases: All in-store purchases are final.
• Catering/Custom Cakes: Cancellation policies are detailed in your specific catering or custom cake agreement. Generally, no refunds for cancellations made within [X] days of the event/pickup date.
• Specialty Beans: Unopened coffee beans may be returned within 7 days with a receipt for a full refund.
